Victoria Cole
Victoria has more than 16 years of executive search experience and leads our recruitment efforts for esoteric and difficult to fill positions. Her efficiency, sense of urgency, and methodical approach has enabled her to secure best in class talent for C-level, Sales, Marketing and Growth positions. She has recruited across all industries, but has excelled in recruiting for companies with a disruptive product or solution. Victoria has earned a reputation for finding “outliers,” those candidates with very specific and often unique skill sets, that are vital to the success of cutting-edge organizations. Her meticulous and straightforward recruitment approach has earned her the respect of her clients and candidates alike.
Prior to launching InsightSearch, Victoria worked at Culver Careers where she was instrumental in forging a new division within the organization. Capitalizing on her background in sciences, she ventured into recruitment for disruptive medical device and scientific companies. Her innovative methods allowed Culver Careers to span into completely new niches and diversify its offerings to their clients. Within her first year, she earned both “Rookie of the Year” and the coveted “Recruiter of the Year” award and finished in the Top 5 out of 250 recruiters nationwide. Recognizing her ambition and work ethic, Culver promoted her to management by the end of her first year. By her second year, she built and managed the most successful sales team in the company’s 30+ year history. She went on to earn not only Top Salesperson of the Month and Year, Top Manager of the Month and Year, but in addition the #1 office of the Month and Year for the duration of her 6 year career at Culver Careers. She earned 5 consecutive President’s Clubs and broke every personal and team sales company record, since the company’s inception.
