Janna has an excellent ability to thoughtfully align talent with business objectives and create a sustainable talent pipeline. She has recruited for sales, marketing, operations, distribution/manufacturing, healthcare and technology roles across multiple industries. Janna focuses on the quality of service provided to her clients while also ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Prior to joining BlueOutlier, Janna worked as a Talent Acquisition and HR Manager earning her SHRM-CP and PHR certifications and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
