Lance Cole

As a founding partner at BlueOutlier, Lance focuses mainly on C-level sales, marketing and operations roles for a variety of technology companies. His searches range from start-ups to enterprise companies where he has leveraged his 17 years of sales experience to identify talent, build rapport and validate candidates with a sense of urgency. His capacity to manage projects from end to end enables him to successfully close esoteric positions. Prior to transitioning to executive recruiting, Lance spent 13 years in the medical device industry where he quickly promoted through the ranks to Sales Director and earned numerous sales excellence awards during his tenure.
